Dustin Clardy is a licensed Mississippi Real Estate Broker and the Principal Broker-Owner of Wildwood Properties, specializing in land, rural residential, commercial and lifestyle properties throughout North Mississippi.

Dustin entered the real estate industry in 2022, bringing with him more than 10 years of firsthand experience in private land buying, selling, and recreational land ownership. Prior to real estate, he spent 20 years in the private sector, primarily in sales and business development roles, experience that shaped his strong work ethic, negotiation skills, and client-first mindset. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Mississippi State University in 2005.

Dustin founded Wildwood Properties out of a deep desire to build a brokerage centered on relationships, stewardship, service and integrity. His passion is to focus on client needs first and to represent Mississippi’s properties in a way that honors their character, history, and long-term value, recognizing that land is far more than a transaction. It is an investment, a lifestyle, and often a legacy.

As a landowner and outdoorsman, Dustin truly exemplifies the philosophy “we live the life we sell.” His personal experience owning, managing, and improving property gives him a practical, boots-on-the-ground understanding of land that allows him to guide clients with clarity and confidence.

Dustin takes great pride in representing his clients from the very beginning of the process through closing, and well beyond. His commitment is to build lasting relationships and serve as a trusted resource long after the closing.

Dustin and his wife, Rena, are based in Tupelo, Mississippi, where they live with their two children, Collins and Daniel. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working on their family farm.
