Josh Monaghan

Josh Monaghan is a licensed Mississippi real estate agent with Wildwood Properties, specializing in agricultural, recreational, and rural residential properties across the state.

Josh earned his real estate license in 2023 and has worked closely alongside Managing Broker Dustin Clardy, gaining hands-on experience in land brokerage and client representation. His transition into real estate was a natural extension of a long-standing career in agriculture.

A 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Forestry , Josh brings nearly two decades of experience in agricultural sales, with a strong focus on soil fertility and land productivity. His deep understanding of land, how it grows, produces, and performs, gives his clients a unique advantage whether they are buying or selling row crop farms, pine plantations, cattle ground, or recreational hunting tracts.

Josh has a genuine passion for land and the people who depend on it. He believes that every property tells a story and represents more than just acreage, it’s an investment, a legacy, and often a way of life. With a strong “client-first” approach, Josh is committed to building trust, fostering relationships, and delivering results. As he often says, “People deal with people,” and he takes pride in serving his clients with integrity and care.

Josh and his wife, Tara, live in Vardaman, Mississippi, with their three daughters, Swayzee, Bailey, and McCall. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time on the softball field with his girls.
